REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED UPON UNIT RESERVATION:

  1. Filled out and signed Reservation Agreement form
  2. 1 Valid Government issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
  3. Proof of payment of reservation fee

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED UPON UNIT RESERVATION:

  1. Filled out and signed Reservation Agreement form of Authorized Representative
  2. 1 Valid Government issued ID with 3 specimen signatures of Authorized Representative
  3. Secretary’s Certificate for appointment of Authorized Representative
  4. General Information Sheet
  5. Proof of TIN (1903/2303)
  6. Proof of payment of reservation fee
  7. Articles of Incorporation
  8. By-Laws
  9. SEC Registration Certificate

To be submitted within 6 months prior to completion of downpayment

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

If married, both spouses shall submit the following:

  • 2 Philippine-issued Valid ID with signature specimen
  • Birth Certificate (if single)/Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) (if single)
  • Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Certificate

PROOF OF INCOME REQUIREMENTS

  • Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Vouchers latest 6 months (for commission-based employee)
  • Job Contract (for OFW only, photocopy)

PROOF OF INCOME FOR SELF-EMPLOYED/CORPORATION/PARTNERSHIP

  • Business Permit
  • Latest 3 years ITR with Financial Statement
  • Bank Statements latest 1 year
